Limited Warranty

1. What’s Covered

  • Labor Warranty – All labor performed by Lube & Dash is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the service date.
     

  • Parts Warranty – Parts installed by Lube & Dash are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If a covered part fails, we will assist you in making a warranty claim.
     

  • Covered Services:
     

    • Oil & filter changes
       

    • Brake pad & rotor replacement
       

    • Suspension component replacement (sway bar links, tie rods, struts, bushings, etc.)
       

    • Battery testing, diagnostic, and replacement
       

    • Tire rotation
       

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must provide proof of service (invoice/work order).
     

  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.
     

  • Customer must allow Lube & Dash to inspect the vehicle before any warranty repair or refund is approved.
     

  • Vehicle must be located within the Lube & Dash service area for warranty work.
     

 

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing issues unrelated to the repair/service performed.
     

  • Failures caused by accident, abuse, racing, off-road use, or neglect.
     

  • Damage caused by lack of regular maintenance (e.g., low oil level, worn tires, fluid leaks).
     

  • Customer-supplied parts or parts not installed by Lube & Dash.
     

  • Incidental costs (towing, rental car, lost wages, etc.).
     

 

4. How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact Lube & Dash at info@lubendash.com or (949) 229-2349.
     

  2. Provide your invoice/work order number, date of service, and a description of the issue.
     

  3. We will schedule an inspection. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part/service at no charge for labor.
     

 

5. Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to the original service performed by Lube & Dash.
     

  • Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part/service.
     

  • No cash refunds will be issued unless approved by Lube & Dash.
